The Client

The Office Group provides flexible offices and meeting rooms, as well as drop-in work spaces known as Clubrooms and virtual offices. Stanton Williams is an English architectural design practice based in Islington, London. Its initial focus is on museums and galleries towards a wide variety of projects,

The Objective 

The Project was to carry out existing survey of Tintagel House at Vauxhall, which is a former office block occupied by the Metropolitan Police. It is positioned near MI6 Headquarters and directly opposite to Tate Britain Gallery. The building consists of 10 floors.

The Results

The final product of the project was as follows:

  • Floor plan survey: measured building survey of all the floors, including all main structural and architectural details, such as walls, windows, doors, stairs, partitions, permanent fittings and main service intakes.
  • Front, rear and sides Elevations: elevations measured and drawn of all floors to 1:100 scale accuracy, including all main architectural features.
  • Sections of the Building: section measured and drawn of all the floors to 1:100 scale accuracy.
  • Topographic Survey: topographic survey included the surroundings of the building which included water manhole, light pole, kerb, gulley, trees, etc.
  • Utility Survey
